COVID PROTOCOLS

For the Silver Circle event on May 13th, we are putting some protocols in place with the goal of keeping you as safe as possible.

We will require proof of full vaccination to enter the event. If no vaccination proof is provided, proof of a negative covid test done between the dates of May 10-13 will be acceptable for entry.

“Fully vaccinated” is defined as two weeks after a person’s second dose in an FDA- or WHO-approved vaccine two-dose series and two weeks after a single-dose series.

All will be asked to present proof of being fully vaccinated (with final dose administered no less than14 days prior to date of arrival) and a government-issued photo ID at the door. A clear and legible photocopy, or photo of your vaccination card on your phone, or a digital record of your vaccination, will be accepted. Additionally, we encourage Illinois residents to register their vaccination status on the IDPH Immunization Portal for quick and easy reference.

We will welcome fully vaccinated children aged 5 to 11 with proof of vaccination and a parent or chaperone in lieu of photo identification. Children under the age of 5 who are not currently eligible for vaccination will not be admitted. Contact rcowing@emmyonline.tv for more information.

Face masks are encouraged but not required.

We want to do our due diligence to keep the event as safe as possible, however, we cannot guarantee that none of our participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will become infected with COVID-19 or another contagious pathogen at the event.

We will continue to review our policies on an ongoing basis to evolve with best practices around health and safety.
